Employee Access Controls

A shared manager PIN used by every employee makes it impossible to know who actually did what. We build the access system that removes the ambiguity.

What we build

• Individual credentials: Every employee logs in with their own credentials at every register and back-office terminal.
• Role-based permissions: Cashiers, shift leads, and managers see and can do exactly what their role allows.
• Override approval chains: Price overrides and voids above a threshold require a second authorized approval.
• Time & attendance: Clock-in/clock-out tied to scheduled shifts and payroll export.

Implementation scope

Access controls integrate with register monitoring, so every flagged transaction is automatically attributed to the employee who processed it.
